Early 2015
Paul Myburgh starts Vibescout as a side project to help people find events happening around them.

October 2016
Things get serious as the team believes their idea has a massive local and global potential; they dive into it full-time.
Vibescout gets a fresh UX update.
We partner up with Getaway Magazine, Goodhope FM and multiple tourism sites to provide a live event plugin for their users
2017
January 2017
We hit 10 000 users for the month.
The team grows bigger with Matthew and Cursurn joining to help grow the platform digitally.
We start producing “Guides”.
March 2017
We get accepted into the first Google Launchpad Start Accelerator in Johannesburg.
This experience is featured on Ventureburn.
April 2017
We reach 100’000 users which validates our product/market fit
May 2017
We release “Movies” and officially become the largest movie aggregator in South Africa, listing movies in over 688 screens across the country.
This is featured on ITWeb
June 2017
We get accepted into Ycombinators first online startup school.
